**Job Title**: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - Casualty

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Patient Care**:

- Attend to all emergency patients, perform clinical examinations, and initiate appropriate treatment.
- Stabilize trauma patients and manage life-threatening conditions following medical protocols.
- Provide first-line treatment, including IVs, oxygen therapy, and basic cardiac life support (BCLS).
- Refer patients to specialists as required and ensure smooth patient transfers to appropriate departments or ICUs.

2. **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient management.
- Communicate with the patient’s family members regarding the diagnosis, treatment plan, and further procedures.
- Liaise with ambulance services for patient transport and transfers.

3. **Clinical Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including patient charts, case summaries, and emergency treatment logs.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with medico-legal cases (MLCs) by documenting injuries and preparing reports in coordination with the legal team.

4. **Emergency Procedures**:

- Perform and assist in procedures such as CPR, suturing, intubation, and splinting.
- Handle cases such as cardiac arrests, poisoning, burns, fractures, and acute infections promptly and effectively.
- Monitor the emergency drug stock and ensure the availability of life-saving equipment.

5. **Training and Development**:

- Participate in regular medical training sessions and emergency drills.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-pressure emergency situations.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medico-legal procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

**Educational Qualifications and Experience**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
- 1-3 years of experience in casualty, emergency, or trauma care is preferred.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,759.49 - ₹50,000.00 per month
