We are looking for asset coordinator position to provide technical assistance to our clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- IT Asset Management
- Asset Procurement & Asset Life Cycle
- MIS/Data entry in Excel
- Material in-out knowledge
- Inward and Outward of IT Assets Hardware Replacement Parts - Checking and Inward of the material
- Disposal
- IT Asset ID Creation
- Allocation to users
- Exit Clearance etc.
- Hardware and Software Licenses. IT Assets include - Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Network
- Handling IT Leased Assets - Replacement till Release with complete documentation.
- Co-ordination within Team for any Assets related requests/queries
- Handling and Assigning IT Accessories
- Updates to Internal Customers / User about IT Hardware/Software Arrival
- Handling Requirements for Rental Hardware Needs
- Able to work on any IT Asset management software

**Additional Requirements**:

- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in a shift and ready to relocate, rotational shift & off business hours if required.
- Willing to work in shift and teamwork with global customers / service providers
- Ability to resolve issues within the SLA and work on the daily tickets and requests.

**Salary: upto 3.5 LPA**

**Location**:

- Hyderabad

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience in IT support function.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science/ Diploma engineering or relavant experience
