**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY**
- Tender Search, Bid Preparation - Technical / Price Bid, E - tendering / E -Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions.
- Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid;
- Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of Tenders.
- Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in Process of tenders. Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis.
- Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis.
- Follow up with Vendors/OEMs/departments/clients. MIS Report Preparation / competitive bidder's comparison sheet. Collection of EMD/Coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE.
- PROCUREMENT of EMD/post tendering works.
- Vendor Registration for Limited tenders. Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers.
- Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing / new clients. Tracking status of Tenders offers. Well versed with document controlling; Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT.
- Prepares tenders by Compilation of various inputs (Qualification documents, EMD etc)
- Co-ordinates with finance team to get the EMD if required.
- Coordinate for obtaining the required approvals
- Assemble and maintain documentation relating to the tendering process, including management approval relating to tendering and contracting
- Monitoring deadlines
- Vendor Registration
- Registration on e-portals and Uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites
- Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
- Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
- Other Support activities like Arranging PBG, Acknowledgement to LOI/PO, Replies to Queries,
- Raising Pre-Bid Queries, Validity Extension letters, EMD follow up etc.
2. MIS Reports, Good Written, Verbal Communication in English. Liaisoning with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration.
3: Post sales coordination like working on sales receivable with clients, Client Relationship Management, Meeting and visiting existing and new clients as and when needed.
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
2. Must have experience of sale receivable activities and sales coordination work post project is over.
3. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new and existing clients.
4. Reaching the targets and set goals, establishing, maintaining and expanding the client base.
5. Excellent communication and convincing skill
6. Confident, self-starter with presentable personality
7. Ability to work with mínimal supervision
8. Should be energetic and a quick learner
9. Must have experience dealing with clients in on and off line modes
**TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE**: minimum 5 year (preferred)
**EDUCATION**: At least bachelor degree in any stream.
**SALARY RANGE**: Salary offer will be made strictly based on interview and aptitude and we give salary hike as per industry standards with maximum up to 15% hike on current salary only based on the interview performance where current salary must not exceed more than 4 LPA.
1: Current CTC break up and offer letter of last/ current company with last three pay slips
2: Notice Period (the profile demands immediate joiners within 15 days)
3: Probable Joining Date (the profile demands immediate joiners within 15 days)
5: Experience in Core Tendering and Post Sales Coordination is mandatory
