**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive
**Location**: Kochi, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹13,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Kochi. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about products/services, and generating leads. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers about the company's offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales (if applicable).
- Maintain customer database and update details accurately.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments as needed.
- Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Report on progress and performance to the supervisor/manager.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam** (any additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not required.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
