**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale.
- Coordinate between the sales and service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on customer feedback and assist in resolving complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
- Provide product/service-related assistance and updates to clients.
- Build lasting relationships by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support retention efforts by proactively identifying client needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
