Job Description:
- Managing the Director's schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing the director's data, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a secure location.
- Preparing materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas.
Education & Qualification:
- Prior work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Graduation for any stream.
- Good command on MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail & Calendar
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good Follow-up skills
.Should be open to doing personal tasks
- Discretion and confidentiality

Location - Chunabhatti, Mumbai 400022
Timing - 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
