**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Hazra, Kolkata
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage **SEO strategies** to improve website visibility and rankings
- Design, launch, and optimize **paid ad campaigns** across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
- Manage day-to-day activities across all **social media platforms** (content creation, posting, engagement)
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to align digital efforts with brand goals
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of **SEO best practices and tools**:

- Experience in running **performance-driven campaigns**:

- Proficient in managing **social media accounts** and community engagement
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills
