**Urgent Opening for Customer Relationship Executive for Malad Location**

Position : Customer Relationship Executive

Experience : Min 6 months

Location : Malad

CTC offered : Decent hike on current CTC

**Duties and Responsibility**
- Experience in BPO/KPO preferred Exceptional written, interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office.
- Should be experienced in customer service, who has the technical and practical knowledge of customer service/ relationship management process.
- She should have experience in multiple customer service support channels e.g. in
- bound/ outbound calling, e
- mail, web chat etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Any Bachelors Degree is a must.
- Minimum 6 months of experience.
- Help customer service and retention function, handle customer queries, complaints, suggestions and requests on multiple support channels e
- mail, phone, web chat etc.
- Collect and collate customer feedback for inputting into further development of product and technology.
- Optimize the customer service function to provide best service at low cost (minimize the cost per service). Should have a sense of urgency, self-motivation and detail minded.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication. ability to manage/ reduce customer complaints.
- Ability to create and analyze reports. Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies Ability to be self-motivated and create an exciting workplace.
- **Job timing - 9hrs rotational shift (9am to 9pm)**

- Monday to Saturday working**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
