**Position: Female Lab Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated machines used for diagnostic testing.
- Perform various laboratory tests according to standard procedures and protocols.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in operating automated and semi-automated diagnostic machines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NABL audit experience is preferred.
