**Position**: X-ray Technician
**Location**: Kharadi / Chandan Nagar, Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform X-ray imaging procedures on patients as directed by physicians or radiologists, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, including digital radiography systems, in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures and provide clear instructions to ensure accurate results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary patient information and ensure proper documentation of X-ray studies.
- Adhere to infection control measures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the radiography area.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including equipment calibration and performance monitoring.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an X-ray Technician in a hospital or diagnostic center setting.
- Proficiency in operating all types of X-ray equipment and conducting various X-ray tests.
- Experience with digital X-ray systems and image processing techniques.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
