**Job Summary**:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated X-ray Technicians to join our team on both part-time and full-time basis. The X-ray Technicians will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in both home visit settings and at our diagnostic center. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible working hours to accommodate varying schedules.

Part-Time (6 hours/day, 4 PM to 10 PM) and Full-Time (8 hours/day, 8 AM to 4 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Operate X-ray equipment and related technology to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, following safety guidelines and radiation protection protocols.
- Position patients correctly and accurately to obtain optimal images, adjusting techniques as necessary to accommodate patient condition or limitations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review imaging results and assist in the interpretation of findings, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures performed, including patient information, imaging parameters, and any observations or special considerations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of X-ray equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure efficient operation of the imaging department.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing the practice of diagnostic imaging, including HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of an accredited X-ray technology program and certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Previous experience as an X-ray Technician, preferably in both home visit and diagnostic center settings.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and related technology, with knowledge of radiation safety principles and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in positioning patients and obtaining diagnostic images.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 - 56 per week
