**Job Summary**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Lab Tests & Sample Processing**:
a. Perform DNA PLOIDY tests and analyses in the lab, ensuring accurate and timely results.

b. Process samples as per standard operating procedures and maintain proper documentation.

**2) Quality Control & Equipment Management**:
a. Ensure quality control checks are conducted regularly to maintain high standards of testing.

b. Handle laboratory equipment efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration for optimal performance.

c. Troubleshoot basic lab equipment issues and coordinate with the technical team for repairs or upgrades.

**3) Customer Support**:
a. Collaborate with Customer teams to introduce new technologies and improve lab operations,

incorporating automation or digital solutions.

**4) Customer Engagements**:
a. Provide medical and technical insights to Customer during meetings or consultations, specifically related to lab results and diagnostics.

b. Support Customer interactions and assist with communication of lab findings in discussions and research.

**5) Medical Team Support**:
a. Assist medical teams in interpreting lab reports and presenting findings during client discussions.

**6) Inventory Management & Procurement**:
a. Maintain an inventory of lab consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.

b. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of supplies when required.

**7) Training & Development**:
a. Participate in continuous training and skill development sessions to stay current with lab

procedures and technologies.

b. Assist in training new employees on lab processes, equipment handling, and safety standards.

**8) Safety & Compliance**:
a. Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and disposal procedures.

b. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, lab certifications, and industry standards.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Educational Qualification:

- BSc (Microbiology) / Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT), or related fields.
- Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in a lab environment (freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of lab equipment, sample handling, diagnostic procedures, and quality control practices.
- Good communication skills for Customer interactions and effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
