Job description:
**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive
**Experience Required**: 2+ Years
**Location**: Noida - Sector 8
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as **Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, TataCliq**.
- Handle **D2C website management (Shopify)** including product listing, pricing, promotions, and order management.
- Work on **Unicommerce Inventory Panel** for product mapping, stock management, and order processing.
- Monitor daily sales, track performance metrics, and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for **raising and managing wrong product/return claims**.
- Optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve operational/logistics-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, accounts) for smooth functioning of e-commerce activities.

**Required Knowledge & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **marketplace operations (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, TataCliq)**.
- Experience in **Shopify store management** (D2C).
- Hands-on experience with **Unicommerce Inventory Management System**.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle claims and disputes effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant e-commerce operations experience.
