Process Daily flow of eCommerce Orders.
- Coordinate with Couriers and Vendors on a Daily basis and ensure timely processing of orders
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Ecommerce Product listing
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the operations for good service.

The following skills are required for this job:

- Good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas
- Willingness to learn new things at work
- Problem solving attitude along with taking complete ownership of your role

The following qualifications are required for this job:

- Diploma or above
- Ability to write and understanding basic English
- Good knowledge of computers
- 1 years experience in eCommerce field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,914.58 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
