Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize compelling product listings on each platform, including detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing.
- Utilize keywords and SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and search rankings on the respective marketplaces.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketplace listings.
- Implement and manage effective digital marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze key ecommerce metrics on these platforms, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales, and propose strategies for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback from marketplace customers promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for marketplace orders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay marketplace algorithms and policies.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotions, discounts, and sales events specific to each marketplace.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the online marketplace landscape.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights on ecommerce performance on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and other platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience 1year in ecommerce management with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, eBay Seller Dashboard, and other relevant marketplace tools.
- Proficiency in using keywords, SEO, and content optimization techniques for marketplace listings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new ecommerce technologies and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,250.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
