**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Primary Support to President**:Provide comprehensive support to the President - Commercial & Marine, including managing daily schedules and tasks.
- **Internal Processes**:Refine and maintain internal processes that support senior executives, coordinating resources to improve workflows.
- **Scheduling & Prioritization**:Organize and prioritize the President’s calendar, ensuring that organizational goals and best practices are followed.
- **Vendor and Contract Management**: Manage vendor relationships and contracts efficiently.
- **Team Assistance**:Offer additional support to other executive team members to ensure company objectives are met.
- **Travel Management**:Oversee travel arrangements for the President and senior executives, including transportation, accommodation, and meal planning.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide office support, including typing, dictation, report generation, filing systems, and database maintenance.
- **Communication Management**: Liaise with internal and external executives to ensure effective communication and task completion.
- **Event Planning**:Organize internal and external team communications and events.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 3 years of experience in Stakeholder Management, customer management, or related field
- MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of the role, handling tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Must be a team player, focused on achieving results.
