We're looking for a passionate UI Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful and user-friendly interfaces that align with our marketing and business goals. We value designers who think beyond just aesthetics and consider the why behind their designs. If you have a knack for visual communication and a good understanding of how design influences user behavior, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively.
- Present and defend design decisions based on a solid understanding of business and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Must-Haves**:

- Proven UI experience (1-2 years) with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop and similar tools
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong understanding of how UI design impacts marketing and business goals.

**Ideally, You Also Have**:

- Solid graphic design skills with a good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating marketing materials or other visual communication assets.
- Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Bonus Points**:

- Familiarity with user research methodologies.
