Experience and Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of technically relevant work experience required.

2) Experience in conducting trainings, surveys, site visits, field monitoring for development projects.

3) Demonstrated experience of working in collaboration with development agencies, international organizations (NGOs).

4) Knowledge / experience working in financial inclusion, microfinance, development agencies or organizations in the ADB DMCs.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

6) Distinct sensitivity towards gender, ethnic, and cultural differences.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Support in organizing and conducting district training workshops.

2) Assist in the conduct of training assessments onsite.

3) On-site coordination with different stakeholders and program partners on a regular basis.

4) Support in ongoing evaluation of the project activities with different stakeholders.

5) Assist in preparation of, case studies and publications.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
