**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic **Robotics Trainer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to robotics and automation for a diverse range of learners, from beginners to advanced students. You will use your expertise in robotics systems, programming, and engineering to provide hands-on training that empowers learners to understand, build, and operate robots effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for students and faculties on various robotics topics, including robotics design, programming, and automation.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop engaging, up-to-date training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and exercises that align with industry standards and the latest robotics technologies. Continuously update training content based on new robotics trends and advancements.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and seminars to promote robotics skills and knowledge within the organization or community. Plan and execute robotics competitions and challenges to foster creativity and problem-solving among students.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate student progress through practical exercises, quizzes, and projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with educational institutions, corporate partners, and industry experts to stay current with the latest trends in robotics and automation.
- **Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in the related field.
- Strong understanding of robotics principles, including kinematics, control systems, automation, and sensor integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB, ROS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners of varying experience levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to teaching.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training to individual learning styles.
- Familiarity with modern tools and simulators used in robotics training.
- Comfortable to travel

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
