**Job Title**:.NET Trainer (Corporate Training)

**Job Type**: Full-Time (In-Roll) / Freelance

**Location**: Remote / Onsite (As per client requirements)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct corporate training sessions on **.NET development** (C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Microservices, Azure, etc.).
- Design and develop customized training content, hands-on exercises, and real-world project assignments.
- Provide both **classroom and online** training based on corporate client needs.
- Assess trainee skills, provide feedback, and guide them through practical assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest.NET trends, frameworks, and best practices.
- Assist in developing learning roadmaps, assessments, and certifications for trainees.
- Engage with corporate clients to understand their training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
- Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure knowledge retention.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong experience in.NET technologies including:

- **C#**, ASP.NET,.NET Core, MVC
- **Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API, Blazor**:

- **Microservices architecture**:

- **Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes** (preferred)
- SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
- Front-end frameworks (Angular/React) are a plus
- **Experience**:

- **For Full-time Trainer**: Minimum 3**+ years** of development experience and **2+ years** in training.
- **For Freelance Trainer**: Minimum 4**+ years** of relevant training experience.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts with clarity.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptability to different corporate learning environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **corporate training** or **ed-tech** industry.
- Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent).
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

**Compensation**:

- **Full-Time (In-Roll)**: Open to discuss based on experience.
- **Freelance**: Hourly/day-wise compensation based on training modules
