**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the luggage category.
- Manage and expand the existing client base, focusing on supermarkets.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns in supermarkets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of sales experience in the luggage industry,
- Strong understanding of luggage products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
