**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps, etc.
- Focus on businesses with outdated or no websites; categorize leads by revenue potential.
- Build rapport with prospects, explain benefits, and schedule appointments with decision makers.
- Manage leads and track progress using ODOO CRM.
- Collect client feedback post-project to improve services.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Research skills to analyze client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
