Responsibilities and Duties:
- Key account management which includes planning day to day activities of key accounts for effective
scrap disposal
Direct and oversee all aspects of the scrap management, including but not limited to transportation,
warehousing, client’s inventory management, customer service, clients scrap yard management and
following compliance and pollution control board standards.
Assist in scrap inspection and valuation.
Ensuring the proper management and Maintenance of the scrapyard.
Supervise scrap segregation and ensure timely pickups and payment.
As per frequency of waste generation, plan pick up routine for scrap collection.
Reporting: Based on the day-to-day record-keeping of key accounts, submit weekly report to track
quantity and categories of material collected and recycled.
Acting as a bridge between the operation team, relationship manager and client
Build rapport, establish long-term relationships, and ensure year on year retention of key accounts.
Adherence to Pollution control board guidelines, certification and maintain documentation for active
clients.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Independently coordinate with multiple teams internally
Must have worked with FMCG brands/Startups/Waste management.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English Communication (Read & Write)
