**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Assist customers in locating products.
- Recommend and demonstrate products that best suit customer needs.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the store management.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
- Process POS (point of sale) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with integrity.
- **Stock Management**:

- Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is neatly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and comply with company standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
