Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with prospective candidates and partners, guide them through our services, and help drive sign-ups and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to and engage prospective nurses via calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Present Taldo's offerings clearly and build trust with candidates
  • Manage leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare/overseas recruitment is a plus
