Role**:Accounts Receivable Assistant**

Contract Type**:Full-time, Permanent**

Hours**:37.5 hours per week: (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm)**

Location**:Bangalore, India (hybrid allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)**

A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant will possess strong administration skills with previous experience working within an AR team an advantage.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Producing customer invoices and credit notes
- Uploading sales documents on to appropriate client portals
- Liaising with customers to assist with query resolution
- Coordinating with other departments to problem solve
- Maintaining client records on internal database
- Nurturing stronger relationships with existing clients
- Assisting with the credit control element of the AR function
- Processing online credit card payments from clients on our platform
- Developing ideas to improve overall efficiency

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous experience working within a busy environment in a similar accounts receivable position
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to be proactive and make decisions
- A self-starter who can take initiative
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
