**Selection Process: 2 Round of Interview(Virtual Round + F2F Interview)**

Job description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.

**Screening & Shortlisting**:

- Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls

**Coordination**:
**Onboarding Assistance**:

- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Database Management**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with IT recruitment, IT Terms and Technologies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with Job Portals(Naukri, Monster, Shine, Timesjob, etc.), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
