Job Requirements:
Qualification: MBA/ PG-Diploma in HR with a basic science qualification (Bachelor’s degree)

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Prior Domain Expertise: IT Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create a healthy and Joyful environment in the company.
Conduct the interviews and arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
Conducting recruitment interviews & providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Recording, maintaining & monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Maintaining & regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Monitoring all team members activities, defining progress path of every employees.
Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process.
