**Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in **IT recruitment** and **talent acquisition**.
- Prior experience in **client handling** and stakeholder management is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **IT recruitment** strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle**, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with **hiring managers, HR teams, and clients** to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Stay updated on **IT industry trends**, emerging technologies, and best hiring practices.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **IT technologies**, programming languages, and methodologies (Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Strong client management** and communication skills.
- Excellent **negotiation and conflict resolution** abilities.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** within a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
