As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- **On-Site Support**: Traveling to client locations to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues.
- **Installation and Configuration**: Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware, software, and peripherals as required by clients.
- **Network Setup and Maintenance**: Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- **System Maintenance**: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including work performed, solutions implemented, and client communication.
- **Customer Support**: Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal teams, including support staff, engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and resolution of client issues.
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while performing job duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT technician or similar role, preferably in a field support capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
