**Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and correct them.
- Verify and cross-check information from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.
- Generate and manage reports as required by management.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Communicate with team members or departments to obtain missing information.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital).
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduation or equivalent a degree in Computer Applications or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software.
- Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with database management systems (e.g. MS Access, ERP tools, or CRM).
- Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Computers.
- **Work Environment**:

- Office-based or remote.
- May involve repetitive tasks and working with large datasets.

Pay: ₹20,257.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
