**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Specialist at Managed IT Hub in Chandigarh, India. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and effective communication to drive customer service excellence.
**Qualifications**
- **Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills**:
- Customer satisfaction and effective communication abilities
- **Must be excellent in COLD CALLING and OUTBOUND Sales.**:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to meet sales targets and objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,568.58 - ₹40,522.18 per month
