**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Acquisition**:
- Identify potential customers and present tailored telecom solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Promote du Telecom products and services to both individual and corporate clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Stay updated on du Telecom’s latest products, services, and promotions.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Qualifications:Education**:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali or Malayalam
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Sales targets achieved.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- Retention and upselling rates.
- Timeliness of reporting and follow-up.
