Daily cold calling to India mart customers, explain our product details, send quotation and book order.
- Booked order from our existing dealer & new dealer dealers.
- Delivering timely updates, alerts and solutions to the customers by communicating through various channels - Telephone, E-mails & WhatsApp.
- Developing a sound understanding of the Company’s products, services and policies, to be able to take right decisions while committing anything to the customers.
- Coordinate with internal department for production and dispatch of materials.
- Make MIS of Daily, weekly and monthly sales, manage customers data base
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to be able to close a ticket properly.
- support field executive and colleagues, if and when required.
- handle customers complaint and give right solutions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
