Glamzkart Lifestyle Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executive**. If you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, this is a great opportunity to start your career with a growing lifestyle brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with leads and close sales where applicable.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retain customer loyalty through effective communication.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
- **Fluency in English**: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to converse clearly and confidently over the phone.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in Tele-calling/sales is a plus.
- Must have basic computer knowledge, chrome and internet explorer.
- Well versed known with Microsoft office.
- **Skills Required**:
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Computer and Microsoft office knowledge.
**Working Hours**:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM (Sunday off)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
