Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Store Associate at MITESH LODHA in Mumbai. The Fashion Store Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer interactions, driving retail sales, maintaining organizational effectiveness, and providing training and support to staff to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Experience -2-4-Years - [ Onsite Full Time 6-Days / 11.00-8.00 time -Lower Parel]

Develop creative synergy in the team to set goals and targets as well as an action plan to achieve them.

Adopt an analytical approach to identify potential areas that need improvement in order to increase productivity and profit margins.

Ensures store operations requirements are fulfilled to include scheduling, assigning employees, follow up on work results, train and guide team members on regular intervals.

Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure a smooth flow of retail operations.

Make the store display visually appealing while maintaining the profile of fashion House.

Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance, and people management.

Monitor inventory and stock of necessary materials.

Process customer transactions promptly and efficiently.

Remain updated on latest fashion trends to guide customers properly

Establish networking with professionals and experts through participation in fashion events, shows, ramp walks, and so on

Overseeing the hiring, training, and orientation of staff members

Keeping a tab on customers’ preferences, demands, and socio-cultural preferences to introduce new trends, apparel, and merchandise

Establishing cordial working relationships with experts to seek guidance

Developing marketing plans and key strategies; advertising and social media campaigns for maximum reach and visibility.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong Retail Sales experience

Exceptional Organization Skills

Experience in Training and Development

Knowledge of fashion trends and industry

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,874.93 per month
