- **Job Summary**:_
- We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Handler to manage our online presence by developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing campaigns on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth._
- _Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media platform._
- _Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly._
- _Collaborate with the teams to ensure brand consistency._
- _Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports._
- _Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices._
- _Plan and run social media ad campaigns as needed._
- _Engage with influencers, partners, and communities to enhance brand visibility._
- **Requirements**:_
- _Proven experience as a social media handler, coordinator, or similar role._
- _In-depth knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging networks._
- _Hands-on experience with social media management tools._
- _Strong creative and writing skills._
- _Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and analytics tools._
- _Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment._
- _Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred._
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)_
- _Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management_
- _Photography and content production experience_
- _Bilingual or multilingual abilities (if relevant to the audience)_

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
