**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community and improve customer relations.
- **Social Media Strategy Implementation**: Execute social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future content.
- **Paid Social Media Advertising**: Manage and run paid social media ads, ensuring the right targeting and budget allocation for optimal ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the brand's content relevant and engaging.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**: Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for content alignment, and prepare reports on social media performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and engage with followers effectively.
- **Proficiency in Social Media Platforms**: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their features.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance and optimize strategies.
- **Experience with Social Media Management Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and managing posts.
- **Time Management and Organization**: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
