Responsible for Customer order processing ERP/SAP-JIT / Customer packaging management

Is charge of one or more of the following responsibility areas

Customer order processing ERP
- Process customer ERP orders on behalf of the production facilities for selected customers
- Ensures correctness of booking transactions between LEONI and Logistics Service Provider
- Manages transactions on FORS servers of principal companies, incl.
- creation of master data
- creation of new orders
- handling of EDL Messages in DFMK (LABE, EDL, LSE)
- opening or changing of orders in FORS (FOZI cycle)
- supervision of part number indices in FORS (information to ADC or Country VCM in case of obsolete indices on stock)
- monitoring of cumulated figure consistence between customer, principal company and Country ERP server
- Aligns order cumulative figures between LEONI and customer systems
- Supports stock take process, incl. stock take preparation on ERP server of principal company

Customer order processing SAP-JIT
- Processes customer JIT orders on behalf of the production facilities for selected customers
- Performs daily plausibility check of SAP JIT orders
- Distributes JIT orders to the production facilities within agreed time schedule.
- Identifies technical deviations in JIT orders and coordinate clarification with customer
- Ensures correctness of booking transactions between LEONI and Logistics Service Provider
- Coordinates cancelled/changed orders and modified delivery dates
- Coordinates and define final implementation dates for technical changes together with the customer and production facilities
- Maintains master data and classification of new parts
- Validates if all preconditions (prices, master data, call-offs etc.) are fulfilled before new part numbers are implemented by the customer
- Clarifies and processes special order packages e.g. production tests, model year changes, reorders, etc.
- Performs root-cause analysis in case of errors (e.g. missing orders) and creates corrective action plans
- Supports stock take process, incl. stock take preparation in SAP-JIT for selected customer projects

Customer packaging management
- Manages customer specific packaging processes across all facilities, incl. usage of customer portal
- Coordinates and supports empties availability in LEONI production facilities
- Coordinates completeness and correctness of customer packaging data sheets
- Minimizes customer packaging rental costs by actively coordinating and all accounts
- Validates monthly packaging accounts, claims wrong bookings to customer and follows-up claims
- Manages the return deliveries of damaged packaging materials, checks the invoices and performs internal cost allocation.
- Manages the customer packaging stock take process across all facilities
- Maintains direct customer contact regards packaging management (one face to the customer)

Customer service
- Manages day-to-day customer service for selected customers (one face to the customer for pre-series, series and aftersales)
- Coordinates day to day operations between ADC, customers, LEONI production facilities & third part logistics
- Manages the communication to the customers
- Processes customer orders on behalf of the production facilities for the selected customers
- Analyzes customer schedules against agreed contracts, incl. capacity and flexibility agreements
- Negotiates potential solution for deviations between customer, sales and country
- Gathers and shares information regarding customer production program
- Controls consistency of Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure customer demand is respected
- Monitors availability of required finished goods (FG) to fulfill customer demand
- Conducts cycle counting and stock take to ensure inventory accuracy in the ADC's
- Initiates emergency measures in case of missing FG
- Escalates in case emergency measures are not sufficient
- Supports activities resulted out of logistic alerts
- Supports implementation of customers terms, conditions and standards, including customer specific processes
- Supports Logistic Planning activities for new Projects and RFQ’s
- Contributes to yearly planning of structure cost budget
- Monitors actual costs & implements actions to reach costs targets
