Core Mission:
Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives, drive engagement, and enhance audience reach. Work closely with internal teams to create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences across digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Research industry trends and competitors to identify content opportunities.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media performance.
- Track and analyze content performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and storytelling approaches.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, and SEO principles.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance.
- Proficiency in content management tools and social media platforms.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
