Customer team members who will be creating or maintaining Document Composition templates are expected to have expertise in or complete relevant training for the OnBase platform & and advanced MS Word expertise prior to receiving Document Composition Training

OnBase Administrator Coordinates with IT resources and works on the following OnBase Modules: System Administrator, Workflow Administrator; Certified Work View DocuSign Administrator Manages settings, user memberships, configures connections and API integration and other admin tasks related to DocuSign account ShareBase Administrator Manages ShareBase site; creates password policies, libraries, user groups IT Resources Collaborates with Solution Provider on analysis, design, implementation, and testing; configures integrated products; configures security requirements.

Required skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in IT System Administration or equivalent
- Expertise in Microsoft Word for documentation
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in supporting and managing OnBase solutions
- Proficiency in the 2-3 of the following areas: OnBase Configuration, OnBase Client, OnBase Unity Client, OnBase Studio, Hyland Unity Management, OnBase Workflow among others
- Highly desired if you have certifications in - OnBase Certified System Administration (OCSA) and/or OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)
