Onbase Administrator

Your Role 

- Collaborate with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to drive business value and user adoption of ECM technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom OnBase Workflow and WorkView solutions with API-based integration to internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications, including interface changes and process flows.
- Plan, test, and implement software updates, defect fixes, and configuration changes.

Your Profile 

- 4 to 9 years of experiencein developing and supporting OnBase ECM solutions.
- Proficient in designing and maintaining WorkView applications and custom workflows.
- Skilled in integrating OnBase with tools like Document Composition, Outlook, DRIP, Reporting Dashboards, Unity API, REST API, and Mailbox Importer.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experienced in documenting, testing, and providing ongoing support for enterprise content management applications.
