Hyland OnBase Developer JD involves designing, developing, and implementing OnBase solutions to meet business needs

, requiring expertise in OnBase modules like Workflow, WorkView, Capture, and integration with other systems. Key responsibilities include building custom solutions using scripting languages (C#, VB), managing OnBase system configurations and upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders, and performing SQL development for reporting. Strong understanding of OnBase Studio, WorkView, and various capture processes are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement OnBase systems and custom solutions to address specific business requirements.
  • OnBase Configuration: Configure and manage OnBase modules including Workflow, WorkView, Capture, and others.
  • Scripting & Programming: Utilize programming languages like C# and VB.NET to write Unity Scripts, VB Scripts, and other custom code.
  • Integration: Develop integrations with other systems, such as OnBase Integration for Salesforce.
  • Data Management: Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to retrieve and present data effectively.
  • System Administration: Assist with OnBase system upgrades, server management, and database administration.
  • Testing & Support: Create and execute test plans, document issues, and provide technical support for the application.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and junior developers to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in Hyland OnBase, including experience with System Administration, Workflow, WorkView, and Capture.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# and VB scripting for creating custom solutions.
  • SQL Development: Strong SQL skills, including writing stored procedures and working with reporting services.
  • WorkView: Experience in building complex WorkView applications and understanding client-side JavaScript.
  • Capture Processes: Hands-on experience with various capture services, such as Barcode Processing, Interactive Data Capture, and Advanced Capture.
  • Communication: Ability to present OnBase solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend mitigation plans.
