Job Title: Enterprise Content Management SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content Management Specialist to manage the administration of our OnBase system.Responsibilities include installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance support, and enhancements of the OnBase product and its underlying infrastructure.The successful candidate will have proficient knowledge of OnBase product support and development of document imaging, capture processes, barcode processing, advanced capture/Brainware, OCR/ICR, COLD, DIP, DRIP, and autofill processes.Familiarity with OnBase integrations, including workflow, WorkView, document composition, DRIP, Unity API, REST API, and mailbox importer is essential.Key Skills:Proficiency in OnBase HTML EForms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API scripts, VBScript, and JavaScript is required.Strong skills in SQL development, writing SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures for data retrieval in report services, reporting dashboards, and life cycles are necessary.Knowledge of Hyland solutions, product capabilities, releases, features, and enhancements is a must.This role involves incident management, OnDemand technical services consulting, system administration, and handling change requests.
