Position: Assistant Manager - Sales

Location: Cochin, Kerala

**Responsibilities**:
a) Sales Pipeline

Conduct marketplace intelligence and research to identify business potential.

Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategies.

Expand the targeted customer base and enhance profitability through cross-selling.

Respond to RFQs, tenders, RFIs, etc.

Acquire new customer accounts in line with organizational requirements.

b) Relationship Management

Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits and timely responses.

Keep customers updated on freight status and anticipate and address any delays.

Overcome objections and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.

Implement pricing and business models based on customer needs.

c) Collections

Manage accounts receivable collections and resolve bad debts.

Monitor customer credit cycle and credit worthiness.

d) Sales MIS & Client Servicing

Collate client information on the sales CRM.

Conduct monthly client review meetings and adjust service levels based on business volumes, profitability, and payment history.
