**JOB Description**:

- Counselling students for MBA/PGDM
- Must be good in follow-ups
- Generating walk-ins
- Working on walking conversions.
- Responsible for student applicant conversions.
- Updating everyday work in the CRM.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Team lead in the past would be an added advantage
Fair and pleasant personality
Should be sales oriented.
Should be highly motivated and result-orientated towards the work.
Interact with leads for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admission
Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head

Achieving the weekly targets in a high
- pressure performance driven competitive environment
To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students and parents.
