Supervise and coordinate daily activities of quality control.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the extrusion, heat treatment, and finishing processes.
- Inspect and test in-process components and finished products using appropriate tools and methods (e.g., Vernier, Calipers, Micrometers, Tensile testers, Profile projectors).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, control plans, inspection procedures, and check sheets.
- Analyze non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Communicate quality issues and trends to management and suggest improvement initiatives.
- Assist internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits).
- Train production staff on quality standards, visual inspection criteria, and proper handling of aluminium profiles.
- Monitor key quality metrics such as customer complaints, and first-pass yield.
- Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated and maintained.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
