Role: Manage and support communication needs in ESG and Scientific Communications

Job profile:

- Support on all aspects of ESG and Science communication requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for data collection, tracking and record keeping
- Proactively research and gather market intelligence on ESG landscape
- Update website and social media with latest ESG data
- Adept in research, fact check, proof reading and verification of information
- Take ownership of tasks and adhere to timelines
- Support the ‘Science Corner’ on the intranet by simplifying science for a larger audience group
- Develop technical blogs, news articles, videos and manage the internal sign-off process
- Preparation for ESG Council meetings and taking notes

Strengths:

- Good communication skills in English - written and spoken (Versant level C)
- Flair for writing and draft error free documents, ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to think on their feet and come up with creative ideas
- A ‘can do’ and collaborative attitude
- Good documentation and planning skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be well versed with MS Suite
- Ability to design creatives/edit videos (good to have, not a must have)

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in chemistry, physics or life sciences
- Post-graduation in Mass Communications (desirable but not mandatory)

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
