- **Business Partnering & Decision Support**: Collaborate proactively with Business Unit Stakeholders to understand current and future financial information.
- ** Financial Planning**: Develop financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and conduct in-depth analysis to provide critical support to industry leadership in making major business decisions and ensuring overall financial health.
- ** Financial Reporting and Communication**: Oversee financial activities for a portfolio of multiple regions. Collaborate with senior leadership from these multiple regions, providing monthly updates on operational expenditure (OpEx) and offering actionable recommendations to enhance OpEx efficiency and forecast accuracy. Analyze and communicate the expected impacts on the Profit and Loss statement related to proposed investment initiatives.
- ** Revenue Management**: Responsible for commercial performance and support business by providing analysis on financial modelling.
- ** Process Optimization and Automation**: Create Excel templates and leverage Microsoft Power BI tools to streamline and automate various ad hoc tasks. Conduct an in-depth analysis of capital
evenue expenditure investments and their impact on the organization's financial performance.
- ** Billing and Cost Rate Management**: Assess and identify the need for changes in bill and cost rates, considering input from leadership, market conditions, historical performance, and expected plan targets, among other factors.
- ** Data Analytics & Reporting**: Utilize data analytics to identify and prioritize business challenges, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Preparation of periodic reports for the Business, Finance and Senior Leadership.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Analyse financial data to explain the drivers of performance, and effectively communicate insights to Finance and business leaders to support the development of financial goals.
- ** Market Analysis and Strategic Insights**: Identify potential risks and opportunities for the growth and development of all regions, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Monitor monthly financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to enhance value creation and achieve performance targets. Perform resource allocation, ensuring that resources are allocated to various business units in a way that aligns with the organization's strategy and priorities. Support the business units in setting strategy and decision-making, providing insights and options to help them manage changes and achieve their targets.

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or advanced degree or relevant certifications viz. CPA, CMA, and/or MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnership, with a focus on supporting industry leaders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial insights to a diverse audience.
- Knowledge of industry-related market conditions, economic trends, and relevant financial software.
- Prior exposure to Salesforce, SAP or similar ERPs.
