**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, and convert leads into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- **Sales Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and promote the company’s offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools.
